01 · The process
What is digital printing?
Digital printing is a process of reproducing images and text on paper or other substrates, done directly from digital files, without the need for printing plates as in traditional methods. This method allows for faster and more affordable production of short runs, as well as greater flexibility in personalizing each copy. The quality of digital printing has improved considerably in recent years, delivering results comparable to offset printing in many cases. It is widely used in the graphic arts industry to produce documents, brochures, posters, books and a broad range of printed products.
02 · Prepare your file
Before you send us your design
Five points that speed up your order and ensure a crisp print.
File format
Check that the file is in a compatible format. PDF is usually ideal: it preserves image quality and design integrity.
Bleed and margins
Include bleed to avoid white edges after trimming, and leave enough margin so no critical element gets cut off.
Color in CMYK
Use a CMYK profile (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) for accurate colors. Avoid RGB, which does not always reproduce well in print.
Final review
Before sending, check spelling, alignment and any missing elements. A low-resolution proof helps you see the result before printing.
