Frequently asked questions
What print volumes do you handle?
Low, medium and high. For short runs — below roughly 50 to 80 magazines — we produce in digital printing; above that we move to offset lithography, where the cost per copy drops as the run grows, on specialized presses that ensure optimal results.
How do I deliver the files for my magazine?
As a print-ready PDF — with 2 mm bleed per side, CMYK color mode and fonts converted to outlines — or as packaged editable files from Illustrator or InDesign, and we take care of prepress. Your advisor reviews the files with you when placing the order.
What paper are the magazines printed on?
On coated papers, quality materials that guarantee precise and long-lasting finishes. The exact paper is one of the details defined when requesting a quote.
How many pages can my magazine have?
You choose the number of pages according to your content; just keep in mind that they must be multiples of 4.
Can you help me with the design?
Yes. We receive your design ready to print, or we advise you according to your needs. If you already have the artwork, send it in its original format (Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw) or as a high-resolution PDF or JPG.
Do you ship outside Medellín?
Yes, we produce and dispatch nationwide, right to the door of your home or company. Orders shipped outside Medellín are paid in full before shipping, and the existence of the material is verified with photographs.
