Frequently asked questions
What security options can I include on my tickets?
Microperforation for tear-off stubs, numbering, security marks, embossing, holograms and foil stamping. In addition, if you request it, we offer invisible ink that guarantees the authenticity of every piece.
What is invisible ink for?
It is a security mark that is not visible to the naked eye and lets you verify that each ticket is authentic: extra protection against counterfeiting at events and raffles.
Can you include QR codes, images or custom text?
Yes. We can include custom elements such as images, text, QR codes and much more, according to the characteristics of your event or activity.
What do I need to define to get a quote?
Three details: the quantity, the paper or material, and the size (standard or custom). If you have questions about the specifications, an advisor will guide you with no obligation.
How long does it take to receive the quote?
We usually send our response within 24 hours or less. On high-volume days it can take up to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the order.
